Custom Orders

Can I commission a custom design?

Yes! Please contact Natasha at kaskadenadesigns@gmail.com to arrange a phone call to speak about your goals for your garment. Check out our lookbook for inspiration.

How long does a custom order take?

It depends on the intricacy of your order. We do our ship custom orders within two weeks after we receive the deposit.

How do I pay for a custom order?

Natasha will issue you an invoice to pay by credit card. 50% will be due upfront and another 50% will be due before the product is shipped to you.

Sizing & Product

How do I know what size to choose?

We provide custom measurements for every piece of inventory on our site so you can take your measurements before you buy it. If you have any questions about a garment, kindly email us kaskadenadesigns@gmail.com.

Do you restock products?

All of our products are unique. We will restock a product from a specific category, like jackets, but the textile pattern or beadwork may vary slightly. Every piece of clothing is a piece of original art.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card or refund. Items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange. This includes all custom orders. 
  • Items must be received in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. 
  • Given the nature of our small business, the client will be responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • Please email kaskadenadesigns@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We want to make sure you are happy with your product.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Shipping

How do I track my order?
  1. Login to your account 
  2. Locate your order 
  3. Click “track shipment” 
  4. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as we ship your order. It may take up to 24 hours to show an updated tracking link
Do I need to pay duties?

All countries except Canada will be subject to pay duties fees on their order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the Americas, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

How can I change my shipping address?

Please get in touch immediately with your correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make a change for you.
